George Albery forms partnership with Colin Bennett -
1949
Colin Bennett forms partnership with J. Ian McKay -
1957
Colin Bennett becomes Chief Judge of the County and District Courts for Ontario and Ian McKay continues as sole practitioner until 1964 -
1964
Grant Scheifele and Ian McKay form the partnership known as McKay and Scheifele -
1982
Ian McKay is appointed a Judge of the County Court of the County of Bruce and later becomes a Judge of the Superior Court of Ontario -
1982
Grant Scheifele and Joe Erskine form a partnership -
1983
Brian Renken joins the firm as an Associate -
1988
Brian Renken joins the partnership and the firm becomes Scheifele, Erskine & Renken -
2001
Grant Scheifele retires from the partnership and remains on as Counsel to the Firm -
2008
Alisha Henrich joins the firm as an Associate -

Joe Erskine retires from the Partnership -

Joe Erskine retires from the practice of law -

Grant Scheifele retires from the practice of law after 49 years as a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada
